Beauty Sleep Is A Real Thing And Research Proves It

A new study from The Karolinska Institute has found that when people don't get enough rest, they appear to be less attractive to others.

The 'scientific' reason is this:  When someone looks unhealthy, from sleep deprivation or something else, it could trigger disease-avoiding mechanisms in others.

Or basically.. we don't want to be around people who appear to be sick.

And, it only took a few sleepless nights to make others want to avoid the test subjects!

So, if you want to be more attractive to others (or, just be more healthy and feel better) than 'you need to get your beauty rest!'
