Science Says: Stop Showering So Much!

When it comes to true health, three times a week TOPS is how often you should take a shower..  but most of us get all lathered up at least once, if not twice, a day.

And that could be a problem, at least when it comes to the 'good' bacteria on our bodies.

Researchers have found that the more you bathe, the weaker your skin gets, which leaves you at a higher risk for infection.

Personally, since I go to a barn every night and take care of my horse, I feel the need to shower every day, since I'm usually covered in hair, dirt, and sometimes 'arena' dust!
