We love a good story of celebrities doing something extra nice for their fans and Jack Black has gone viral for a special moment with 15 year old Abraham Melendez. Abraham is a big fan of Black's "School Of Rock" and has a rare mitochondrial disease called Pearson syndrome.
The 2 met at the Walk for Trinity Kids Care, which Black hosts each year to raise funds for child hospice programs in Southern California. The video picked up 1.5 million views on Twitter in it’s first day, but more importantly Abrahams mom said she hasn’t seen her son that happy in a long time and he hasn’t stopped talking about it since it happened.
