Words that could scream RED FLAG -
Cozy (could say put on some warm socks and cuddle up by the fireplace or you won't be able to do a 360 in the shower)
Eclectic (yea could describe the décor or the fact that you have to climb through a hole to get to your bed)
Rustic (screams spiders to me)
