This years Kentucky Derby was certainly one for the record books! Horses Epicenter and Messier were favorites going into the race. But it was a last minute entry that ended up winning the entire thing! Rich Strike wasn't even in the Derby until Friday when a horse named Ethereal Road dropped out. Rich Strike was a truly a long shot with 80 to 1 odds! It's the second biggest upset in Derby history. And you have to go back to 1913 to find the last one! A horse named Donerail was a longer shot than Rich Strike, with a payout of 184.90. Payout on Rich Strike was 163.30 that he would win. And win he did! This aerial view is JUST THE BEST!
