Mickey Gilley, singer, songwriter, and nightclub owner, has passed away at the age of 86. Mickey had 39 top 10 hits and 17 number one songs. Great songs like "Room Full of Roses," and "Don't the Girls Get Prettier at Closing Time." What really brought him to a new audience was the movie "Urban Cowboy," which featured his nightclub and the now infamous mechanical bull. Talent definitely ran in his family. His cousin was Jerry Lee Lewis and he was also related to evangelist Jimmy Swaggart. His passing was announced by the mayor of his hometown Pasedena, Texas. RIP to a true gentleman and legend.
