As B;ake was performing as the Choctaw Casino & Resort in Durant, Oklahoma, he looked down and saw the little guy, who handed him a note. Blake knelt down and took it. It read, "Your smallest, biggest fan from Lake Texoma. Six years old waiting on a [heart] transplant." Blake looked at the crowd and said, "Think y'all are having a bad day, put that into perspective right there, man." Wyatt loves the song "God's Country". So Blake kept him up on stage and sand the song on his knees, next to Wyatt, who shared his mic! Way to go Blake!
