Cory has been a fan of director Guillermo del Toro since she saw "Hellboy". She has sought out his movies, TV shows, books, etc. He's a bit twisted in his storytelling which makes everything he does so interesting. He's even ventured into children's shows like "Trollhunters" on Netflix, which is set to become the most watched original children's show on the network. He's done movies in both English and Spanish (check out Pan's Labyrinth) and can now brag that not only did he win an Oscar for Best Director, his movie "The Shape of Water" won for Best Picture and became the first sci-fi movie to do so!
