The TSA is sticking with mask mandates

The mask mandates that the TSA had in place were set to expire in mid- September. But after Covid-19 cases around the country have started to surge again, the TSA drew back on that plan. They have now extended that mandate thru January for all public transportation including planes, trains and buses. While the Delta variant seems to be responsible for the surges in Covid cases around the country, the TSA wanted to be sure to do their part by keeping their safeguards in place. They will re-evaluate come January. How do travelers feel about the extended mandate? Timothy O’ Meara of Seymour said, "I don’t mind this thing at all. It’s not uncomfortable, and if it helps keep us safe. I’d wear this without COVID."
