Who's eligible to register for a vaccine now and how to do it

Connecticut has taken an "age-based" approach to getting vaccines to people and today marks another group that's eligible to register to receive the Covid vaccine. If you are age 55 or older, an educator or child care provider, a medical first responder or a healthcare worker, you can register to get your vaccine at https://portal.ct.gov/Vaccine-Portal or by calling the CT Vaccine hotline at (877) 918-2224 between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week. You can also find a vaccine clinic near you, check your eligibility and make an appointment at the same website. But BE PATIENT! There are about half a million people in these groups so it's going to take some time to get everyone vaccinated.
