Tim & Faith bought the 20 acre island in the Bahamas in 2003, thinking they would build a vacation home and that's it. Turns out there was a lot more involved. “We set out to build a house. We had no idea we had to build everything else. We basically had to build a little town. You’ve got to have staff houses, you’ve got to have infrastructure. You’ve got to have water, electricity. You don’t quite put all that together at first.” There's also 6,000 square feet of what's called "operational space" that includes 3 staff houses, engineering facilities and mechanical storage.
