If you don't know anything about the Calm app, it's an app on your phone that can help you "sleep better and reduce stress and anxiety." Considering everything that's going on in our world right now, we could certainly all use less stress and anxiety for sure! And who doesn't want to be sung to sleep by KEITH URBAN?!
