Brad Paisley is by far one of the best songwriters on the planet. His lyrics are clever, sincerely and by far, beyond most songs out there. "Ticks" goes on about how he likes a girl so much he would check her for ticks, obviously referring to getting affectionate with her. "I'm Gonna Miss Her" contemplates how much he regrets the breakup, but he's going fishing so it's ok. Let's not even get into "Alcohol", which cleverly personifies the spirited beverages, and "Welcome To the Future", which compares generations flawlessly. His new song "Off Road", celebrates women who power through obstacles to hit their goals. Brad has always written beautiful lyrics about women, and this one is no different. Enjoy!
