The weather here today in our fine state is going to be brutal. If you have to work outside or don't have anywhere warm to stay, warming centers throughout the state have been opened. Click HERE for a list of warming centers. You can always go to 211ct.org or call 211 to get info as well. Remember to dress in layers, but if you get too hot and start to sweat, take layers off. You do not want sweat on your skin in these frigid temps as it will make you get colder. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS OUTSIDE. That whole "fur coat" thing doesn't work in these temps. Let them do their business and get them inside where it's warm.
