With the lowest Covid numbers in the country, Connecticut is still set to go ahead with the Phase 3 reopening this Thursday, October 8th. What does that mean?
- Increase from 50 percent to 75 percent capacity indoors – with safety requirements – for restaurants, personal services, hair salons, barber shops, and libraries
- Outdoor event venues (e.g. amphitheaters, race tracks, etc.) can increase from 25 percent to 50 percent capacity with masks and social distancing requirements
- Indoor performing arts venues to open at 50 percent capacity with masks and social distancing requirements
- Bars and nightclubs will stay closed
