Niko Moon and his wife Anna are expecting their first child, a girl they'll name Lily, in November.
Their path to parenthood hasn't been an easy one. Anna was diagnosed with uterine fibroids, which led them to explore in-vitro fertilization.
Niko tells People, "From the moment I met her, I knew she would make the most amazing mother! Our path to seeing those two pink lines was one we weren't expecting, and one that led us to doing IVF."
