Imagine just sitting there watching HBO's "Sex & the City" reboot and all of the sudden your life's work appears on the screen! Well neither Mark Gillman nor his mom were ACTUALLY watching the show when their phones started to blow up, but fans of their cheeses were! Mark and his mom run Cato Corner Farm in Colchester, a dairy farm that's home to about 45 Jersey cows. When Mark found out that their Bloomsday cheese was featured, he said, "I’m very grateful. Somebody on the writing staff really likes our cheese so I appreciate that." Can't wait to try their cheeses! Congrats on being amazing!
