Interview with Kim Lumia & The Lumia Family (Jeff, Kim, Jeffrey & Isabella), Make A Wish CT Foundation Board Member - Wish Granter - Founder Wave for Wishes benefit for Make a Wish CT
Waves for Wishes is an inaugural event (we are expecting 100+ Jeeps they are paying a $20 registration fee that 100% will go to Make a Wish CT Foundation) in partnership with Roger's Orchard locations 25% of pie sales will go to Make a Wish CT and 3 food trucks % of sales will go to Make a Wish CT. Thus far we have raised $8,700 towards our $20,000 goal.
Our family is co-hosting this event as we have the property across the street from Roger's Orchard as overflow. We will be awarding trophies to the jeeps, we will have a raffle for those who attend and will sell tickets (100% of the raffle proceeds will go to Make a Wish CT) and we welcome donations via our website fundraising page or cash/checks that day via QR code etc. All are welcome to join us for this event.
