The CT Lab Squad as we like to refer to them, have taken Connecticut by storm! Now officially known as Connecticut Police Comfort Dogs, and their numbers are growing. The Bark Twain Bash is proud to honor 7 of their team members tonight for their outstanding service during the pandemic to present day.
Whatever the need, they have shown up individually, in teams or all together to support causes and organizations in the Connecticut Community. From officer and first responder wellness, aid with domestic violence calls and supporting victims, student wellness and student driven events, community outreach from hunger, children in need of cheer, Veteran and Military support, breast cancer initiatives, Special Olympics, CT Foodshare to homelessness. even fundraising for natural disasters for people in other states and fundraising for Ukraine. And even cheering people up in the media, there is so much more to who they are and what they do, it would be impossible to list it off here.
These Amazing K9 Duo’s are bonded to each other, to their teams and to serving the community. Their dedication to showing the positive behind the badge is inspiring.
