Dunkin’ Treats Officers To Patriots Tickets For Their Act Of Kindness

We told you last week about a pair of police officers in Taunton, Massachusetts, who surprised a boy with a new bicycle after his last two were stolen within the span of a few weeks. Taunton PD officers Michael Flynn and Michael Hughes responded to a call about a stolen bike and were so moved, they bought a new bike for Bryan King Jr with their own money. Well, now Dunkin’ has given them a surprise of their own.

In recognition of their random act of kindness, officers Michael Flynn and Michael Hughes were given tickets to yesterday’s Patriots-Buccaneers game.

“It’s just crazy,” says Hughes. “I mean it’s one thing to go to a game. To think we are actually going to the game that Tom Brady is coming back to New England [for]. It’s insane.” Both officers are honored to be recognized in this way. The tickets have them sitting just five rows up from the field for the much anticipated match-up. “It’s astounding,” says Flynn.
