Do You Need A Digital Detox?

There’s so much screen time we’ve put in for the last year. Do you need a break? It’s not hard, after being sucked in for a year, to not be able to shut our devices off… but we need to. Here are four questions to ask yourself, so you know where you stand and if you need to unplug. Do you feel like you’re using your screens to much or worried you are? Is it keeping you away from doing things you want or need to? Do you feel sad or bad after checking social media? Is it heavy digital use or am I addicted?
