A USPS letter carrier was on the job in Seymour when he saw a public works employee collapse in a
medical emergency. Edward Bomba was directing traffic while his crew fixed a road when he hit the
ground and started convulsing. Luckily, mailman Robert Dillon rushed to save Bomba and he’s now on
the road to recovery.
