Taylor Newman and Drew Horn have been through a lot in the last year, including getting engaged, buying a house and getting married. The Ohio couple knew it’s what they always wanted, but they weren’t sure it was going to happen after Drew found a lump and was diagnosed with cancer last September.
He had surgery and chemo, all with Taylor by his side. She says she’s “amazed at him” and how he went through everything and “came out with the same smile, the same strong attitude.” Just weeks after he finished chemo, he popped the question and she said “yes.” Then the bride-to-be saw an ad for a free wedding from pop-up wedding company Haus of Cool. So she entered and they won!
The couple wanted something small and intimate and their dream wedding came together with just a week’s notice. The bride says, “It worked out way too perfect,” and the groom agrees, adding, “We’ve been through all kinds of ups and downs the last few months, and this is really the top of the line here. Save the best for last.”
