Can you get Coronavirus twice? That's one question that everyone wants to know the answer to. As the father of two young girls that want to be back in school next month in Connecticut, I want to know all that I can before making the final decision.
Medical professionals continue to study the virus and some claim that patients have contracted Coronavirus only to recover and get infected a second time. The latest report suggests that these are drawn out cases and not a reinfection. A lot is still unknown about the virus and we are only 7 months into the pandemic. The news that came out tonight is encouraging and suggests that this virus has similar characteristics to others and suggests that herd immunity is possible.
I hope that this is true so the kids can go back to school and we can get back to some resemblance of normal soon!
