A mom in Georgia has 3 kids who want new phones, clothes, etc.. so she's making them earn their allowances.
Shaketha Marion McGregor is out to make sure her children know the value of work, time management, and money, and surprised them one day when they came home from school with a job fair.
They each had to fill out an application, and then go through an interview.
