This poor pooch was 'left to die' out in the storm last night, at Stony Brook Park in Suffield.
Police are hoping someone will recognize the dog, whose fur was badly matted with icicles hanging from it..
Thank God someone found the dog! It's in the care of a veterinarian at this time, as officers search for whomever is responsible.
