Dakota Nelson lost his wife of 17 years this past fall, and has been struggling to raise their 7 children.
Ream Nelson was only 38 when she suddenly collapsed in July from a heart attack, and then passed away in September..
So when Secret Santa showed up at the Nelson home, needless to say it got very emotional!
