The folks from SGPA shared this photo of a small, but mighty, tree, that survived the destructive winds during the powerful storms in May that have changed the park forever.
Their hope is that future generations will enjoy the shade from this small Pine, and the other trees that will be planted.
The park remains closed, as state workers and volunteers continue to clear debris..
