In 2012, a woman in Texas called 9-1-1 to report that a naked man was laying in the road. When police arrived, they identified that man as singer Randy Travis. Unfortunately there's video of the entire episode and it's about to released to the public. Randy and his wife filed in Texas court to have the video kept private but a judge ruled against it. The video will be edited so you can't see anything below Randy's waist.
