A woman from Baltimore complained to Southwest Airlines that she was "deathly allergic" to dogs and there were 2 on board. The airline staff told her that one was a service dog and therefore would not be removed. She couldn't produce any paperwork to validate her allergy and was asked to leave the plane. She refused, so police were brought on board to take her off. She still refused to walk, despite other passengers yelling at her to "just get off the plane" and "just walk".
