Cop Pulls Driver Over, Then Does Something Great!

A Montana man was recently pulled over on his way to work and was fearing the worst as the police officer approached his car.Jesse McFadden was on his way to an interview when this happened and he started getting his documentation out for the officer, who told him, “Don’t worry about pulling anything out, I just want you to know that your brake lights are out.”

Jesse starts telling him that he just had them replaced last month and that Firestone wants to charge him $600 to run a test on the wiring of the car. So the officer asks him to pop the trunk, where he tapped the lights and they didn’t come on, and then he asked Jesse to pop the hood to check the relay box. The officer then worked on the wiring under the dash and fixed the lights for him!

“He could’ve easily given me a ticket, but officer Jenkins stepped out of his police officer role and into mechanic role,” Jesse says. “And into human role to make sure I was straight. He is a blessing”
