A new study out says people actually LIKE a gift MORE when it's not perfectly presented!
It has to do with expectations.. so your gift doesn't look all fancy on the outside, and that makes the recipient think they're going to be opening something they won't love.
But when they DO rip all that wrapping paper off, they're pleasantly surprised.
Whereas when your gift is perfectly wrapped, they might be disappointed after they open it up.. thinking it should have been better.
