So she got to work, and came up with this brilliant idea!
Basically, it's a tiny camera that projects live video onto the A-pillars in cars, and voila! You can see, it's as if those support posts aren't even there.
Alaina won $25,000 in an engineering contest, plus car companies want to use her incredible idea.
