Captain Duff is a true hero. He responded to a shooting while he was off duty and ended up being shot himself on August 12th. He's thankfully recovered enough to go home and left Yale/New Haven Hospital yesterday, his wife by his side and officers from the State Police, the Hamden police, the West Haven police, Milford police, Orange PD and more there to celebrate him.
